We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our base in Sydney, Australia, within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer two shipping options for our Australian customers:

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free for all orders Australia-wide.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping

  • Cost: A flat rate of $15.00 AUD.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days for most metropolitan areas.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you can track its journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.

International Shipping

At this time, we are focused on serving our Australian community and do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future, so please join our newsletter to stay updated!

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@feltsauna.au. We will do our best to amend the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee this.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your expense.
